It is more than a little disappointing that share price hasn't really budged, despite a decent Q and the large number of deals enumerated here on a regular basis.

That does seem to point to more dilution and the company hasn't exactly stated that it's ended, as far as I know.

This is a hole, folks, and it's going to take some time to dig out. In the meantime it makes the company pretty much un-sellable and constrains upward share price movement.

If there is a plan to deal with it, it would be nice to hear about it. And if there's not, it raises a different set of questions.

A problem we have is that management has accumulated such an extremely large majority of voting shares, ostensibly to prevent a hostile takeover, that they really aren't accountable to anyone.
