YES, anyone saying that Berman promised no RS at TXT* and then did it is lying. He never promised no RS, and it happened just prior to his departure.
RS occurred 02/20/2014. No where prior to that in any public announcement (there was no Twitter) did he say there would be no RS. Remember, SB was an interim CEO, he was a hired gun to sell product starting March 2013. So he was on board at that time but most likely did not make the decision to do so, and was gone months later.

March 9 2016, he was appointed CEO of ON4.
