Could be but I would hope an IR professional would know Fridays aren't the best day for a PR through their own experience and not from a Mechanical Engineer who bases that opinion on experience trading other stocks.  He shouldn't be giving PR dates to begin with.  Treaty doesn't need more "lack of credibility" than they already have so missing a date like today only adds fuel to the fire.  It's difficult enough to believe the contents of a TECO PR never mind believing when they start to predict PR schedules for public viewing.  I do appreciate your DD and the calls you make! Next week is a new week in the soap opera saga of "As The TECO World Turns"
