Thank you Trding ,
Dr Sacha is looking so young on this youtube but very devoted to his studies ..
I am really happy that he is such a believer in Leronlimab , he didn't talk about Leronlimab here by name , but we know that he is doing his study with it now ..
couple observations from this youtube
at about 2:57..."things I am the most excited is my work with stem cell transplant ..."
then he talk about Berlin patient who is now 10 years free of HIV , so far no rebound of virus ...
about 4:00..... we really don't know yet mechanism how this happened...
about 4:40.... talking about reservoir with HIV ,... this maybe in any place in the body...where the T cells are , all we need is one cell....
about 7:00.... talking again about Berlin patient , he had transplant from a donor with CCR5 deficiency , now we need to make an animal CCR5 deficient ( we know this is where he is working with Leronlimab now )
CCR5 is a major co-receptor for HIV , we don't know yet completely significance of it...we know it is significant but how much..
about 7:50..... what we learning in HIV is transmissible to other area like cancers treatment.....
Thank you again.
