Imo this is the same situation as after the 17 audit. OTC said bc we were so close to the filing for 18 they wanted to wait until 18 was filed.
If 18 drops this week OTC could say the same thing especially bc there isn't even a Q filed for 19 yet.
pretty sure 19 audit will be filed by Sept.30th and up list right after.
Of course just my opinion
