When all is said and done, I think we will find that B is an immunoregulator, not an immunosuppressant, big difference. I suspect it triggers a whole host of pathways and cell types and resets the immune system back to homeostasis where everyone is on the same sheet of music. As opposed to specific inhibitors (tnf alpha, JAKs or cd20 etc) where specific inhibition is achieved but not in concert with everyone else, thus homeostasis is not achieved. Very exciting to me
