My thoughts on Q2 and beyond. I’ve heard a lot of chatter about Q2 numbers being less than Q1, but is that all you look at? Lets break it down and assume SaaS revs equals 90% margins and lets assume non SaaS revs equals 20% margins. In quarter 1 Verb reported 4m in revs, they had approximately 1.1 mil in SaaS revs at 90% margin=$990,000 and non SaaS was 2.9 mil at 20% margins=$580,000, which brings total gross in Q1 at $1,570,000. Now lets break down Q2 at 3.7 mil, but 1.5 mil was SaaS at 90% margins=$1,350,000 and non SaaS at 2.2 mil at 20% margins$440,000 for a total Gross of Q2 at $1,790,000. Ummm, Alex I’ll take Q2 for the daily double. With 7,000 more users added per week and a 90% percent close on new labels.
