As an immunologist, my professional opinion is that JAK inhibitors are barking up the wrong tree. They are attempting to block a process in isolation without acknowledging the multiple divergent functions they have....hence all the side effects. One of the big attractions with Brilacidin, it work in concert with multiple pathways instead of against them
