All,
I have a couple of questions if someone could answer them.
First off, the Press Release Generex sent today, if you have shares in the company from Feb of this year, you will get stock in the NuGen company, correct?
Secondly, it states a spinoff and that the AE37 I think it is, all is tagged to all of this, so that's a pretty big deal in the long run for the stock overall. But, is Generex still the parent company overall as well and would their stock end up being impacted in the long run or not, since this company is a spinout. It says the Co and stockholders will initialliy hold 100% of NGIO shares following deal,
