I’m trying to fathom what NP thinks will drive the share price higher so he can raise funds at a higher pps.

Seems we’re at .40s because we need funds, and the share price won’t rise until we get more funding. But NP doesn’t want to raise funds until the pps is higher. It’s an absurd catch-22.
Where do most believe BLA completion will push pps? .60? $2? Higher?
