I think it's fairly safe to say that they are not coming back to trading. Let's face it, if they had any intention, they would have already communicated it. The lawsuit is complete, thus there is no gag on them speaking. We've heard zero about negotiations with other toxic debtors, zero about applying for any re-listing, zero about any timetables, zero about obtaining company officers, zero about investigating any traditional financing, and are looking at zero's in all of our accounts.

Perhaps they'll say something in several years to a decade when most of us are old and gray with a few marbles left rolling around in our heads, but somehow I find that doubtful as well.
