The 17 audit came out in Sept. and the OTC wanted to see the 18 audit before up listing. My thinking the OTC will want FUNN to file the 19 audit due end of Sept. before up listing to the QB.
I'm ok with that as long as Roger has the 19 under control and just needs RBSM to review and sign by Sept.30.
Meanwhile KTU is finally in backers hands, news will come out about GRO3 and the other subs.
