1) You couldn't afford me, LOL
2) I am a "dirt"/construction attorney- I find litigation of all nature unnecessary and useless, with only the lawyers truly coming out 100% ahead- I have solved literally billions of dollars worth of "disputes" though negotiation rather than resorting to litigation, etc.
3) I have appeared in court only 1 in my 30+ year career- I argued a case relating to a "former" Bubby's" that was in Brooklyn (I actually had to fight to get it shut down- long story). I won the case, and retired as a litigator with a perfect record/100% success rate.
