if things go well seems they might start the survey in september-
whether or not the holidays will slow work those holidays dont begin til sept 30 this year-unusually late in the continuing yearly changing dates of the holidays due to the 354 day lunar year, which requires adding another month 6 times every 19 years,including apparently last spring
