Tell us Epstein, since you claim you've done your DD, what's the issue(s) getting their desired result, which is what efficacy means?
Is the craft airtight and can it withstand the water pressure? How deep will it go?
Does the ignition work properly?
Who's monitor did they purchase or did they develop their own?
What about the props? Did what they develop or purchase suffice to move the craft through the water?
