Haven`t we been told that free market economy is the best system to bring the best products at the best price to the customer?
Seems to me that this is the free market economy working well. DECN brought in experts, or if not experts, people with success in their field, and the people they hired told them what they need to do to capture share in that particular market.
The response from the experts indicated that no changes need be made to the product, that the issue was strictly pocketbook. Solve the pocketbook issue and Big Box should buy.
Of course before anything of note happens, Mr. Berman is encouraged to die or be deposed. So we wait to see if KB will be replaced by an opinionated message board poster.
