Two dollars baseline seems to be a requirement for listing. I am almost sure that Joe is unable to say how flexible Nasdaq is likely to be given the company’s preparedness in other areas. And he should not hazard a response that could come back to bite him. “I don’t know” is not pretty but profoundly useful.

That said, I’m sensing some creeping fear here. Real fear. Maybe justifiably so. Market apprehension over recession has seized the day, maybe days. The climate of fear may become more formidable than Joe’s assurances. Or enough investors, new and old, may see opportunity and embrace it, keeping the PPS above water.
