To put things into perspective, I am consulting for a $40B company that did a capital raise and they are doing good.

Capital raises to accelerate the business or to do M&A can be very good thing. Ask Salesforce.
I could see how people want to spin this and every other "concern" into a negative. That's why I say, don't get your DD off a message board.
I looked at the clock and realized the conference call went on longer than most. I wish we would have had another hour or two. I guess that is why Rory said, gather up your questions and he'll do another town hall.
In reality Rory already answered a lot of them before, but people were not listening. He did say they pushed the focus on to VERB Direct and selling into existing demand and de-prioritized the other products. He already talked about Facebook. What sane company wouldn't focus their resources on what is hot?
But yet, people want to ask about products that have been pushed back. My suggestion is, if you are a long investor, go back to the last Q&A.
Revenues from Q1 to Q2 accelerated in the SaaS business. If someone wants to invest in a printing business, with lower margins there are a lot of other companies to invest in.
Only a BWer would bring up there was another ambulance chaser on what has to be one of the stupidest cases I've ever heard.
Trader board must be down tonight. Now sure why someone tries so hard to influence long invests with negative bullshit constantly.
