Yep. The sells we're seeing now are from all the flippers choking on no volume, and the "moth to a flame" crew getting bored and whacking the bid. I love that all these shares are going into st ong hands.
I was noticing all the 5 & 6 decimal trades early on today. MM's love to put their hidden bids and offers in at those levels so when retail traders go to hit the visible level, they get the 5 or 6 decimal fill. If nothing else, it lets us know there are MM's trading.
On a side note: regarding 911 or other signal trades. If one of these signal trades prints in a 5 or 6 decimal print, it doesn't necessarily mean the MM initiated the trade. It could have been a retail trader entering the signal number and running into one of those MM hidden orders I described above.
