NEWS!! Update ** Merger company accepted terms agreement, next step is for NV business
entity renewal. Looks like things are moving along nicely. The question for shareholders is what is this new company that is merging in and what is the business model, funding, etc. Anything is possible, potential valuation is anyone's guess. Perhaps we will know more details very soon.
