The proof, Convict, is in the financials you comb through daily so you KNOW relatives are not selling shares. When there are convertible notes from 2012 to 2018 and they are there year after year, that means they are not converting and if they are not converting they sure can't be selling. But you KNOW this. Even when you say that the next report 'could' show they converted or sold, they never do, so then you drop it till the next report is due where you threaten that the next one will show they are selling.
