Find a wreck, obtain a recovery permit, and bring up treasure.
Heck, they could even take 3 years to build SeaSearcher, and I would believe they were legit.
When the CEO claims they have 2 of 3 items needed to obtain a recovery permit as he did in 2014, I know it's BS. The Bureau Chief even said that PR was false.
When the CEO claims they're on the wreck in 2016, and to date there is no evidence of a wreck.......well.
Results, not promo interviews with rosy projections prove something is legit.
The stock price certainly doesn't prove something is legit or not. But of course the PIMPS will suggest otherwise.
