The idea behind the (cough cough) guvment contracts was the "alleged" huge revs would fund operations and STOP dilution.
I was merely pointing out the dilution had not stopped, but was picking up steam.
Last year it was 1.1B as I recall, and it looks like it will top that number this year with 2 guvment contracts under their belt.
