A shareholders meeting means only shareholders. Period.
This is why people who wanted to protest at a 3M meeting a couple years ago had to buy stock to get in the door -- news story at the time. There was some other company some years ago that saw a hundred or so new shareholders, each the proud owner of 1 share, show up to the meeting. I think is was maybe Exxon? Or another oil company?
Anyway, the bashers are going to have to invest coffee money if they want to show up and be permitted into the meeting.
But they won't because they are cowards.
