I remember on the last interview that Joe did, he stated they have several deals with companies they have going that they are just waiting until the uplisting happens. After the uplisting, you then also have institutions investing in the company, raising stock prices. When you look at the big picture overall, this company has nowhere else to go but upwards and the stockholders along with it.

If people want to sell their stock right now, then this is a good time until 8/30 to go ahead and buy and hold on. Between uplisting, mergers, investors, 1:1 dividends, you're right, this is not a bad deal.....
