Generex Biotechnology Corporation(www.generex.com) (OTCQB:GNBT) (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GNBT/quote) is pleased toannounce that the company will dividend Generex shareholders with shares in our wholly-owned subsidiary NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology (formerly Antigen Express), with the ultimate plan to spin out the company on a public exchange.
NGIO is still a wholly owned subsidiary of Generex. For now the share are privately owned and cannot be traded until they are spun out on to a public exchange. I could be wrong, but the most likely public exchange is NASDAQ.
