Yes ,
as for competition with Leronlimab for combo .., only couple right now .
--MDR2 - only Maraviroc , with many very serious side effects, box warning ,
Efificacy of 45%.
--MDR3 - Maraviroc and Ibalizumab.
Ibalizumab IV injection every 2 weeks, some side effects present , few patients died during study , not sure if drug related , one patient during study withdrew because of Immune Reconstitution Syndrome ,
Efficacy of 43%.
--MDR2 and MDR3 , soon to be approve Leronlimab , without one serious side effect so far ,
Efficacy of 81% with 350 mg.
