Avafarma has been selling ActiPatch in South America for a couple of years. They are the ones who have done several ActiPatch Spanish language commercials.

Notice they list "ActiPatch" along with the "Avafarma Pain 7 Days" name. So this is nothing illegal by Avafarma. They must like the ActiPatch enough that they want their name associated with it.

I would say it is similar to what PharmEvo did with 'Pain Gear' in Asia.
