I believe that the best will be they will approve once a month or so CTC blood test for those patients at the beginning , this is not a daily test , , later much less often ...
and at any time test will show 1 - 3 time level up , patient can be put on Leronlimab.
( possibly also need new biopsy )

This IMO will be a very good approach.

There is no need for everyone with history of cancer to be forever on Leronlimab or any other medicine ...

IMO CTC test is a miracle for ALL cancer patients..!!!!!!
