PHIL traded about 1.8 BILLION shrs last week and yet
otc mkts just updated the share structure as of 8/9/19 showing
O/S still at 10.5B meaning PHIL had NO DILUTION this past week!!!
Every other time PHIL had Weekly VOL like that in the past it has
ALWAYS been a big increase in the O/S i.e more dilution
but NOT THIS TIME ! hmmmmmm
