thank you for that... I still don't how to find wich exact products are allowed for distribution by cofepris. not speaking spanish does not help either.
the two major questions from that article would be concerning:
"The operations are delayed because the use of certain items was authorized but not their distribution"
and
"It is important to mention that last March the Cofepris revoked 38 permits that were granted to different companies to import products with cannabidiol."
If we are 'IN' that means we would be in a HUGE advantage over any other CBD drinks.
