I would like to believe that these shares are being brought by the company as part of BUYBACK announced in April 2019. Actually it was announced that over 5 billion shares shall be brought back and retired/returned to the company treasury.

Also we are nearing the activation of millions of dollars towards financing of business operations of Asian Diamond Exchange, Siachi Fruit vegetation, VINAFILMS expansion operations and Siagon PHo Palace prime real estate construction in Ho CHi MiNh City in Vietnam. In fact all of the above businesses are in Vietnam
