My guess is ODD was either a) never applied for as they announced it initially in February and then when due NP mentioned in an interview he would be checking with FDA soon.....then in May they announced they would be applying for ODD. b) denied on similar premise as combo HIV as the FDA knows that if it works in TNBC then they will pursue basket CCR5 cancers which is much larger than 200,000 patients. I’m personally counting on BTD for cancer and the other designations won’t mean much at that point.
