I was looking at Coeptis' website and remembering that Gerald had said that:
“Coeptis has a strong operational team and a robust pipeline of products preparing to be commercialized that we believe will drive shareholder value in the years ahead. We are very excited to become part of the Coeptis organization.”
..noticed that they don't have anything (other than Consensi) nearing completion. Then I found this:

Let's hope this sale helps with furthering Conseni in US and perhaps an uplist? I'm looking forward to hearing more (or anything!) about the structure of the 'acquisition' of Elto.
