To add to plavac. With combo, they compared people failing haart, added placabo vs leronlimab, the p-value <.01 after 1 week. To be considered successful, the VL had to drop .5log 10 (or about 67%). A drop of 60% would be considered a failure. I was saying yesterday, if they had ran the placabo vs leronlimab two weeks, it might have been even better results. Pills get 7-14 doses during the first week, with their short half-life, they reach full strength within the first week, but leronlimab with the long half-life and weekly dosing takes a few weeks. Even still great results at the reduced strength after 1 week.
