Isnt it the pervue of the SEC to investigate entities like that involved in massive manipulation of securities with the use of deceipt and slander and outright lies to massively sway the direction of a security and unfairly skewing the security's price trend?
They may not give a crap about us filing suit because they think they are too big to tackle but i think they would take the SEC with more seriousness.
