That's why I thought BET bromodomain inhibitor JQ1 might be the winning combination. If reservoirs can be forced to clear faster it wouldn't take years to eliminate HIV. Best course of action would be leronlimab alone to reduce viral load then combo with JQ1 to get rid of HIV reservoirs.
