Fortuno - I dont know if you remember , few months ago when they were talking about Phase 2 IND for colon cancer , I emailed Dr NP , why to do it if after TNBC we might ask for approval because of MOA..
Dr NP answered me and I posted his answer at the time...
What basically he said in his e-mail ( I am paraphrasing ) that to have 2 Phase 2 studies approved by FDA for cancers , makes company much more valuable/expensive , and at this point they not even sure if they be doing study now , but for this reason they wanted to be approve..
So I am not sure if for business reason they wanted approve , but they be going later by MOA , or really will do study soon...
We need to be patience , they do have plan ...
