SB can't even provide his shareholders an ounce of confidence about his company. He has given up on the common stock. Since he owns all the Preferred Shares and some of the debt, guess who gets paid first before ALL the shareholders? Shareholders will never know. Ah, the advantages of a holding company.
He will only ask the shareholders to give him money.
