There’s also been years that competition could have been in this space but haven’t, the direct sales space is pretty open and if we keep hearing nothing but good news from the companies we have as customers then our reach will go further and we will gain customers fast, as Rory said we are.
Ease of use, retention rates, those lead to more sales which make customers happy, and if more sales come then subscribers are happy and then they in turn look to use the app even more and buy more features and send more samples. Get others to join in then we have more subscribers and so on and so forth.
Rory isn’t a bullshitter, and now I’m looking forward to next Wednesday even more because it seems like we will be getting a lot of information as well as forward guidance and be able to come up with our own numbers with an educated guess
