I love the way Leo is playing this. NR is very frustrated not to know how much cash was paid up front to IPIX. We will be learning that number but until we do NR is uncomfortable moving in either direction and meanwhile they know full well no sane long is going to sell with a shareholder meeting in September. Leo is not going to schedule a meeting without having good news that he can share IMO. So while speculating on the many possibilities that could be announced many longs will continue to add to their holdings worsening NR's position. I have no doubt that when the time is right Leo will start announcing good news.
