I spoke with a partner of Univec Conglomerate. Someone everyone here should know about. He said that the deals are all connecting in one way or other and that Dalton has already select a day and time to file and announce the merger. I may go farther into this in a few days but my connect is still trying to verify something about Dalton for me to have all the diligence correct.
