Low Volume is one thing that can be explained by the 'dividend' and people holding their stock. Price drop on stock is another, when stock needs to be 2.00 / 3.00 or 4.00 and price is dropping currently.


As far as I know and correct me if I am wrong, one requirement that 'has' to be met is the price must be over the 2.00 mark no matter what. While it currently sits at 2.42 right now at this writing, .05 here and there a day or so is still a drop when it's in the 2 dollar or so range.


I'm hoping at least the price levels off for the uplisting, if the dividend goes through, the stock price will drop a bit on that as well.
