court case , if true could be great news

Called the Harris County court. Was told that the case had been closed by order of the judge on July 15. I said that I was surprised to hear that and asked if there was a settlement. She said no, the case was nonsuited (i.e. Kosmos dropped the case).
Good news I would think but the share price has not reacted as such.
