Actually Harry Callahan sported a Model 29 .44 mag with 8 3/4" bbl (if I remember correctly).

My preferred is a Ruger Redhawk .44 mag 7 1/2" stainless. My "race gun" is a S&W 586 .357 mag 8 3/4" blued, completely tricked out. But that don't make it to the garden.......

On another note: RENU saw plenty of "lies, rumors and gossip" yesterday again on the "other board". Champ is fighting the good fight over there, but hard to argue with idiots: They bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Back to the holding pattern: waiting for shares to hit the nets, or waiting for news to send us to the moon. Either way, I have time to work in my garden some more.
