For 44 years I have worked for the competition vs. KB. It has not impeded our friendship or the friendship of our families. In an industry where there are relatively few companies with full scale operations -- manufacturing, sales, service, it is often the case where the competition is the friendly competition. In fact, my new company has many former employees that used to work for my former company. And before I pat myself on the back, before I was hired my company tried to recruit KB and our friend Matthew. KB lives on the other coast, and Matthew works for KB. There aren't too many others of us, so I was a default. Personally I would have rather worked for DECN but this is the next best thing, it pays well. And it beats never having worked for any company in the industry --- ever. You fall in that category?

Oh and by the way, when you become CEO of DECN you can compile an enemies list and place on that list, all competition, Mr. Berman, your staff (if they will work for you), positive shareholders, and anyone else you choose to put there.
