I only spoke with receptionist. I asked her if they were still operating. She said yes with somewhat of a guffaw. I asked if they planned in filing a 10k. She said she couldn't answer. I asked if thay had plans to relocate. She said no. I said there's a for sale sign out front. She said it's no longer there. I asked if that meant it was no longer for sale.
