I agree misiu, I sure hope that they start out with 525mg dose but for safety, and not in favor of this very ill lady, that they might to start with 350mg due to the severity of her mTNBC. Yes, she's very ill and doesn't have much time for mg adjustments. If she started on Aug. 5th, that means it's possible to have some CTC results by August 26th or 27th, (21 days) to know if they in fact started with 350mg, that there's time to make a quick increase in the dosage to 525mg.

I sure hope this injection turns out to be so, so successful and this lady has a great chance to stopping this in it's entirety. Good luck to her is all I can say and GLTU misiu
