I suppose a positive spin on PTOI is that its debt and therefore its enterprise value continues to grow quarter after quarter. In the first quarter a director loaned PTOI even more money at 4% interest, signaling that he believed that PTOI's debt is less risky than Microsoft's debt, whose bonds are yielding over 4%.
