Has anyone ever read a public notice referencing uplisting. I haven't. I think GNBT had to PR the "downlisting", when they could not meet the NASDAQ requirements following the failed R/S. However, I don't remember any details. This is an interesting question. I think I would prefer to read, "Donohoe Advisory Associates is pleased to announce the uplisting of Generex Biotechnology to NASDAQ........"
